Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return it, please read below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item is damaged/defective (No cut Raw parcel opening video required) .

• You received the wrong item

• You raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (hygiene reasons)

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sale items

• Used or damaged products not caused by IBDAA

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed after product inspection. You may receive:

• Store credit
  or

• Refund to original payment method (processing time 5–7 days)

4. Return Shipping

Customers may need to pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
